Define the human structure of your team and recruit, according to your commercial policy and economic activity
Develop teammates’ autonomy through a skills integration and development plan.
Create an environment enabling the well being and development of your team

Grow The Local Economic Performance Of Your Department

Ensure good sales and customer relations performance for my department and my store.
Guarantee the department’s physical layout is performant and consistent with Decathlon’s visual merchandising policy
Build and lead my omnichannel commercial policy for my department linked to my area.

Manage The Store’s Daily Operations

Manage store security as well as teammates’ and products’ availability
