As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Junior Trading Operations Officer (Shift Rotation) to join our team.

Your role at HFM:

Monitor the performance and stability of all trading systems and platforms to ensure uninterrupted market access.
Track client trading activity to identify unusual patterns or potential risks to the company.
Manage trading schedules by overseeing global market holidays and preparing relevant operational adjustments.
Investigate and resolve client inquiries related to trade execution and pricing in a timely and professional manner.
Continuously monitor corporate actions (e.g., dividends, stock splits, spin-offs) and ensure accurate reflection on trading platforms.
Maintain and update trading-related content on the company’s website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support the testing and implementation of new financial instruments, system enhancements, or technology updates.
Collaborate with internal departments by providing accurate and timely support on trading-related matters. Assist with tasks related to the company’s affiliate program, ensuring seamless coordination and operational support.

Requirements

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a corporate or financial services environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness and ability to work on a structured 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
CySEC Advanced Certification will be considered a strong advantage.
