Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking online content creators through email, chat, and phone communications
- Assist creators with platform-related inquiries, feature explanations, and best practices for maximizing their content engagement
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Document all interactions and maintain a detailed record of customer feedback in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to relay feedback from creators and enhance service offerings
- Stay updated on platform developments and industry trends to provide informed support
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a bonus
- Experience in customer support, particularly in digital platforms or the content creation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
