About The Department
The Administration & Facilities oversees and manages the Authority's building management services, centralised travel desk, hospitality, and support and ensures the efficient performance of all function areas.
About The Role
- Coordinate Corporate travel arrangements of MFSA.
- Source efficient and cost-effective travel solutions in order to meet the business exigencies.
- Maintain appropriate documentation in relation to approval and procurement processes associated with travel.
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions as may be needed from time to time.
- Establish long-term relationships with travel service providers and potential suppliers.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders in order to understand their requirements in relation to travel arrangements.
- Collates data and provide recommendations re budget planning for travel
- Maintain Authority Policy, Standard Operating procedures, and Desk Instruction manuals, related to Travel.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by senior management in line with the exigencies of the Administration & Facilities function within MFSA, related to Reception duties, Purchase requests, filing, and other administrative duties.
About You
We are looking for candidates with interest in the financial services area.
The role calls for an academic qualification in the relevant field of study at National Qualification Framework Level 6 or better, duly certified by the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC) or a widely recognised professional qualification at a comparable level.
If you do not have the necessary academic or professional qualifications but you have at least five (5) years working experience, we would still be interested in speaking with you. Candidates with longer working experience relevant to the role will be preferred.
