Client Relations Manager
GCS Malta is hiring a Client Relations Manager to join one of Malta’s leading financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the Client Relations team and ensuring effective communication.
- Acting as the first escalation point for client issues and resolutions.
- Coordinating with internal teams to address client needs.
- Identifying opportunities for additional banking services.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and suggesting improvements.
- Managing issue resolution and escalating when needed.
- Assisting in strategies to enhance client retention.
- Preparing reports on client activities and team performance.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field and have at least three years of experience in a client-facing role within a bank, financial institution, or CSP. Supervisory experience is preferred.
This role requires experience with CRM systems and client feedback processes, as well as strong relationship management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail.
