We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing the company's financial status, developing financial strategies, implementing control systems to protect assets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies.
Oversee budgetary planning, financial forecasting, and financial risk management.
Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with Regulations and Authority guidelines.
Lead the Finance department and oversee accounting activities.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain relationships with regulators.
Manage capital structure, cash flow, and fundraising initiatives.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategic direction.
Foster relationships with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
Implement corporate governance practices and manage financial risks.
Serve as liaison with the Board of Directors and prepare financial reports.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with the Schemes (VISA and Mastercard).

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with 5 years in senior leadership, ideally within the payments industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Regulatory and Compliance landscape and Scheme regulations.
