Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced CRM Sports Specialist to enhance customer engagement and retention within our sportsbook offering. This role will involve writing emails, push notifications, and pop-up messages in line with our marketing standards and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Player Segmentation & Lifecycle Management – Identify player behaviours and create targeted lifecycle campaigns to increase retention and engagement.
• Sportsbook CRM Campaigns – Develop and execute personalized promotions, such as free bets, reactivation offers, and loyalty rewards.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization – Implement A/B testing strategies, analyse conversion rates, LTV, and churn reduction strategies.
• Data & Performance Analysis – Use Smartico, Power BI, and Excel to track and report on CRM performance, deriving insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Competitor Analysis – Analyse competitor retention campaigns and offers to ensure we stay competitive and innovative in the market.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Design, and Customer Support teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM strategies.
• Content Creation – Write and develop emails, push notifications, and pop-up messages that align with marketing standards, brand guidelines, and channel best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sportsbook CRM or iGaming marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Smartico, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
