We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager with experience in office management, preferably within a legal setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office, supporting senior members of the firm and managing the firm's social media presence and email newsletters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Our Team: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including ordering stationery, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Social Media & Email Newsletter Management: Oversee the firm’s social media accounts and assist with the creation and distribution of email newsletters. Ensure that all communications align with the firm’s brand and objectives.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed.
- Productivity & Software Solutions Implementation: Assess, recommend, and support the adoption and integration of solutions to enhance the firm's operational effectiveness.
- General Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, liaising with the firm's accounting team, maintain records, and ensure that all administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Client Interaction: Occasionally assist with client inquiries, ensuring a professional and courteous communication experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management in a law firm or professional services environment will be considered a major advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Greek is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience with social media platforms, and familiarity with email marketing tools will be considered an advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and discretion, particularly when handling sensitive information.
