Who we are looking for:
- A highly driven individual with great people skills and the willingness to succeed;
- Good with working within a team but can also be completely self-sufficient;
- Experience within the iGaming industry;
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluent spoken and written English (any additional languages are a plus);
- Comfortable with external communication over email and phone;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Google tools, JIRA, and Confluence;
- Able to work on own initiative;
- Able to adapt quickly to change;
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and bring tasks to completion within established time limits;
- Meticulous, highly organized, and able to maintain accurate records;
- Consistent and dependable; and
- 3+ years’ experience working in Compliance or a similar role.
Not required, but would be a great advantage:
- Experience working within a Technical Compliance team or having a technical background.
The role:
The successful candidate will join a small Compliance team which reports directly to the Head of Regulatory Compliance. This role works on an office/home hybrid model.
The role’s associated responsibilities are:
- Client and Supplier Onboarding – facilitating due diligence process and maintaining records;
- Supplier Monitoring – ensuring supplier relationships are monitored as required;
- Policies & Procedures – assisting with the creation and maintenance of company documentation;
- Training – maintain training records for group companies;
- Audits – assisting as needed;
- Regulatory Submissions – assisting as needed, with the intention of eventually taking this over;
- Keeping abreast of internal and industry standards, and business goals;
- Maintaining a solid knowledge base of legislation, regulations, and technical documents; and
- Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties for the smooth running of the Compliance department.
