We’re currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity to be the frontline of our customer interactions and provide exceptional support to our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support customers via email, chat, and (occasionally) phone — providing fast, clear, and helpful responses
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex cases to relevant teams when needed
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services to confidently explain features and solutions
- Create and update user guides, FAQs, and manuals to help customers onboard smoothly and find answers easily
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system (Zendesk) for future reference and insights
- Collaborate with product, tech, sales, and other teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end customer experience
- Share feedback and ideas for improving support processes and the overall customer journey
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken — other languages are a big plus
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, ideally in fintech or a tech-driven environment
- Customer-first mindset — you enjoy helping people and solving problems with empathy and care
- Analytical thinking — you’re good at spotting issues and finding practical solutions
- Tech-savvy — you're comfortable using support tools, CRM systems (like Zendesk), and internal platforms
- Team player — you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
