IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. Noteris Services Limited on behalf of IronFX is looking to hire a dynamic Finance Supervisor to join the growing Accounting team in Cyprus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, supervise, review and coordinate the financial operations of the office and the general accounting function
- Verify the accuracy of data and data processing of accounting and bookkeeping related information
- Assisting with the preparation of year end consolidated financial statements and the standalone financial statements of the company
- Close cooperation and coordination with internal and external auditors
- Preparation and submission of reports to the relevant authorities (Tax, VAT etc.)
- Assisting with ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis assigned by management
- Accountable for ensuring that policies and procedures are in place
Requirements: & Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
- Previous experience at least 3 years in a similar position
- Previous experience in Financial/ Banking/ FX industry will be considered an advantage
- IT literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP accounting software will be considered as advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and management skills and ability to lead a team
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced and tight deadline driven environment
