As a Product Owner, you'll play a crucial role in communicating the product vision, understanding market dynamics, and collaborating with our team to deliver innovative solutions.
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders, managers, users, and the development team to maintain clarity around the product vision and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer needs, staying abreast of new products and emerging trends in the market
- Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing requirements and optimizing resources
- Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Identify gaps and ways of process optimization
- Collect business needs and formulate business requirements
- Define metrics to track operational effectivity
- Understand and track all risks and interdependencies with other teams and projects
- Control of the scope, delivery timelines and the quality of the created functionality till the moment it's in production
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor or higher degree in business or technology or a relevant technical field
- 2-3 years of experience in Product Development as a Product Owner or Business Analyst from CFD trading
- Proactive individual with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and inspiring stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Experience in process management (establish new processes/re engineer existing ones)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand the development cycle
- Blend of technical knowledge and business understanding
- Fluency in English is essential
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies will be considered an advantage
