On behalf of our client, a vibrant hotel based in Larnaca with local and international operations, we are seeking to recruit a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entries in the accounting system
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of clients and their bookkeeping obligations
- Perform reconciliations (bank, creditors, debtors) and journal entries
- Prepare and submit VAT and VIES returns in accordance with local legislation
- Assist in payroll preparation and Social Insurance payments
- Provide support on accounting queries and maintain excellent client communication
- Report directly to the CFO for the preparetion of financial reports and other tasks
- Participate in audits and assist with preparation of management accounts
- Support other administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting
- Solid knowledge of Cypriot tax regulations (VAT, Social Insurance, Income Tax)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent command of both Greek and English
- Experience with accounting software such as Theova and payroll tools will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn
