Role Functions
- Lead and manage all areas of the rooms division, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest experience
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to align with JW Marriott standards
- Train and mentor a high-performing rooms division team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor occupancy and rates to maximize revenue and ensure optimal room availability
- Address guest feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive work environment and enhance overall guest services
- Analyze departmental performance metrics and prepare reports for executive management
Requirements
- Relevant professional experienc ein luxury hospitality
- Degree in Hospitality or similar
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
