In this vital role, you will be the main point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer support as they engage with our innovative FinTech products and services. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our FinTech products and solutions
- Gather, analyze, and report on customer feedback to help improve service quality
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate assistance
- Create a positive customer experience that fosters loyalty and long-term relationships
- Document customer interactions to maintain a high standard of service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the FinTech industry, is a plus
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial technology concepts to clients
- Experience in utilizing customer feedback for service improvements
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online support tools
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace in Greece
