Your Responsibilities

- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and improve service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential
- A strong enthusiasm for customer service and a genuine interest in the travel industry
- Prior experience in customer support is preferable but not mandatory
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with others
