Cash Management Officer

Execute monthly fiscal responsibilities, including tax payments, payroll processing, social security contributions, and supplier settlements via digital banking systems, ensuring compliance with internal financial protocols; handle ad hoc remittances as needed
Oversee daily cash flow operations, recording transactions and conducting end-of-day cash position reconciliation for the Central Treasury Account
Issue daily bank statements and promptly relay them to support accurate accounts receivable updates and cash allocation
Perform reconciliation of post-dated checks receivable, ensuring alignment between ledger balances, physical checks, and audit documentation
Coordinate monthly reconciliations for general ledger accounts related to debt obligations and cash reserves, preparing reconciled schedules and financial reports
Maintain accurate, real-time cash flow monitoring, ensuring daily entries reflect liquidity status across banking partners for forecasting and planning
Manage documentation retention and regulatory compliance, securely archiving loan agreements and bank mandates in both physical and digital formats
Facilitate documentation and authorization for capital fund disbursements, corporate account management, and issuance of debit/credit instruments, adhering to compliance and operational standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in a similar role within treasury or finance
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in all financial tasks
Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive financial data
