Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support in your Nordic language through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring thorough and timely responses
- Effectively manage customer complaints, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions
- Accurately document all customer interactions to maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and provide effective solutions
- Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to give knowledgeable support
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and fostering loyalty
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in documenting customer interactions
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new working environment
