Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

- Work with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Stay updated on product information to provide clients with accurate and timely assistance

Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus
