Operation Manager

Responsible for short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations of the rooms and related areas.
Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
Ensure all Housekeeping Department quality standards are complied with, and that policies and procedures are consistently applied.
Coordinate activities with other hotel departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
Supervise the activities and the service levels of the concierge, food & beverage department, and front desk divisions.

Requirements

Two to four years' experience in Hotel Operation
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must possess basic computer skills
Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities
Graduates Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field
Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs
