Position Summary:

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment & HR Specialist to take ownership of their talent acquisition efforts. This role will be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier professionals, while also supporting onboarding and a range of HR functions that contribute to team success and cohesion.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies and build a robust talent pipeline.
Coordinate and manage onboarding procedures, facilitating a positive experience for new employees.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and HR records, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Assist in developing and executing HR policies and initiatives.
Support employee engagement, training programs, and HR administration tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3-4 years of experience with a significant emphasis on recruitment.
Demonstrated success in talent acquisition.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (preferably Workable) and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English and Greek.
