Our client is a well-established company based in Cyprus that specializes in the production of various products used across multiple industries. Committed to quality and continuous improvement, they are currently seeking a Procution Engineer to join their team in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production line operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Monitor processes and equipment performance to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, support, and training where necessary.
- Coordinate and allocate resources (materials, manpower, and equipment) to meet production targets
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with maintenance and engineering teams as required
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a production/factory environment
- Proven experience in supervising or leading production teams
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational and resource management abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
