Your Role
As Hotel Manager at the 4star WellClub - Family Wellness & Sea View Suites, you will lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering warm, authentic, and holistic guest experiences. You’ll be the heartbeat of the property — ensuring that every touchpoint, from operations to service culture, reflects the resort’s ethos of wellness and connection. This role blends leadership with creativity, business acumen with emotional intelligence, and vision with care.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Well Club’s philosophy.
- Oversee all operational departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa & Wellness, Maintenance) ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
- Drive guest satisfaction and maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.
- Implement operational strategies, budgets, and performance targets in line with the Group’s goals.
- Collaborate with Group HR, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure compliance, profitability, and brand alignment.
- Ensure Health & Safety, hygiene, and environmental practices are upheld at all times.
- Represent Well Club with professionalism and passion, embodying its spirit of hospitality and wellness.
What We Value
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or Assistant GM in a resort or lifestyle hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Excellent understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, and business performance metrics.
- Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- A mindset rooted in wellbeing, sustainability, and guest connection.
