Position: UI/UX Specialist
Type: Full-Time
Location: Nicosia or Paphos
On behalf of our client, a cutting-edge technology online marketing company, we are looking to hire a UI/UX Specialist for the Nicosia or Paphos offices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and other team members to define and implement innovative user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and adjust on designs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with a high level of quality.
- Follow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high quality, professional product to the company’s agreed standards.
Requirements:
- BSc in Design, HCI, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Prioritizing tasks - project time management skills - meet deadlines 100%.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Creativity, imagination, patience and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage.
