Work Channel Professional Recruitment is working closely with a client and is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst in Nicosia.
Our client, a leading IT solutions and services organization in the Eastern Mediterranean region with offices in Cyprus and Greece is seeking a Business Analyst.
You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in business analysis and quality assurance by participating in large-scale implementation projects with your assigned team, under the guidance and coaching of your team leader and the company’s software architects.

- Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Fridays 8am-2pm
- This role requires on-site presence for the first three month and after this period, the position will shift to a hybrid work model
Responsibilities
- Analyse and validate requirements from stakeholders, end-users, and subject matter experts
- Ensure clean and accurate documentation of business requirements, client requirements, technical specifications and perform user trainings
- Identify opportunities for automation of data management processes and lead initiatives to implement automation
- Carry out routine testing of software implementation and quality assurance
Requirements
- University graduate in an Information Technology related field
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst for software projects
- Exposure to manual and automated testing methods and the full product development cycle from requirements through post-release
- Relevant technical experience of data processing and data design
- Knowledge of application delivery process and business assessment
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of system testing tools
- Previous experience in public sector projects will be considered as an advantage
- ISTQB certification or any similar testing certification will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of both English and Greek
