They leverage advanced machine learning and big data technologies to provide adaptive credit and corporate risk assessment tools, customizable integration options, and real-time insights to support secure and informed decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Creating and posting job openings, working with various sourcing channels.
- Searching for and selecting candidates from EU countries.
- Filling international administrative and IT positions.
- Conducting welcome meetings and one-on-one meetings.
- Onboarding new employees.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HR management.
- Higher education (Psychology / Management / Economics).
- Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in filling international administrative and IT positions.
- Experience in mass recruitment.
- Confident user of Microsoft, Google, and Canva products.
- Availability of a PC/laptop.
- Proficiency in English and Russian is a must
Working conditions:
- Official employment.
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
