They are looking for a motivated and dynamic Risk & Payments Agent to join their Operations team in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities
- Process new client account openings in line with KYC and internal procedures
- Review and update existing client accounts, ensuring documentation and information remain accurate and valid
- Monitor customer accounts and transactions to identify potential fraud or unusual activity
- Investigate, document, and escalate suspicious transactions in accordance with company policies
- Review and process customer deposit and withdrawal requests
- Communicate with banks and payment service providers when required
- Use internal risk, fraud, and payment systems to help maintain healthy deposit conversion rates and acceptable chargeback levels
- Respond to and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth client experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Requirements

- No prior experience required (experience in payments, risk, or operations is a plus)
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers; basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
- European citizenship is required
