We are looking for a talented and passionate Store Manager for our new store in My Mall in Limassol.
About you
· 1 to 2 years retail management experience
· Retail knowledge
· Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills both in Greek and English
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Ability to analyze sales reports
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to operate POS system
Responsibilities
· Providing world class service and customer support
· Understands the importance of Customer Service
· Maximizing store performance
· Supervising, training and motivating the Claire’s team
· Monthly and daily planning of staff timetables
· Maintaining store image, cleanliness
· Handling product stock – ordering & replenishment

· Bonus based on store performance for every quarterly
