On behalf of our client, a leading and rapidly growing Fintech company, we are seeking a Senior Video and Motion Designer to join their in-house marketing team in Limassol. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality motion design, video production, and post-production work, collaborating closely with designers, directors, and external production partners.

Candidates based outside Cyprus may work remotely, provided they have relevant experience. Candidates based in Cyprus will work fully on-site.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content across digital channels (web, social media, paid media, product, and events).
- Create advanced motion work including 2D/3D animation, compositing, VFX, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Manage end-to-end post-production, including video editing, sound, and color grading.
- Translate creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards into engaging motion content for multiple platforms.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and motion concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent creative quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in motion graphics, video production, or post-production.
- Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Cinema 4D and/or Blender; VFX experience is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools.
- Strong video editing skills with a solid understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, video, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in the fintech or financial trading industry is considered a plus.
