Sales Representative
Location: Larnaca - Kiti
Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative on behalf of a well established design and development company based in Larnaca, operating at the intersection of architecture, innovation, and high quality project delivery. The company is known for its contemporary approach, attention to detail, and strong focus on client experience, delivering tailored solutions across residential and commercial projects.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who understands the value of design and technical expertise, enjoys building long term client relationships, and thrives in a flexible and dynamic working environment.
Working Schedule
• Five working days per week
• Flexible working hours
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and develop new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct client meetings both in the office and externally
• Present and promote services and solutions in a professional and consultative manner
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate sales records
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Background or knowledge in architecture or engineering will be considered a strong advantage
• Russian language skills will be considered a benefit but are not required
• Professional appearance and client focused mindset
