Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Residents Manager for our Staff Accommodation house.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for resident staff
- Handle day-to-day accommodation matters and resident concerns
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Liaise with contractors and service providers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, hotel operations, or facilities management
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and building systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and approachable personality
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
