Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verification of documents/clients’ accounts;
- Continuous evaluation of the company’s clientele;
- Undertaking the necessary actions in relation to client funds withdrawal/deposit requests as applicable.
Working Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday: 08:00 - 14:00;
- Night Shift: Monday to Friday Monday to Thursday 12:00 – 21:00, Friday: 15:00 - 21:00;
- The working shifts are applicable on a rotation basis
- Public holidays are applicable on rotation basis
Candidate Profile:
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered as an advantage;
- Fluency in English - if any other language will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent communication and team skills;
- Ability to perform duties efficiently and accurately;
- Ability to work under pressure.
