Position Overview
We are seeking to recruit an HR Manager for Palm Beach Resort to lead the Human Resources function during the hotel’s pre-opening, opening, and post-opening phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with local labor laws and company standards
- Support department heads in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters
- Drive training and development programs to uphold 5-star service excellence
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management
- Support organizational development and succession planning
- Promote company culture, values, and service standards
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management to support the effective functioning of the HR Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
- Computer literate
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
