Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly promotional and lifecycle campaign plans aligned with engagement and retention objectives
- Configure, launch, and rigorously test campaign elements to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and produce actionable insights and reports
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on data findings to improve conversion and user engagement
- Work closely with content and design teams to deliver high-impact campaigns across channels such as email, mobile messaging, and on-site communications
- Support campaign setup and execution using basic front-end adjustments and data queries where required
Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Comfortable working with campaign data, segmentation, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI-driven tools or automation platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS for campaign setup and adjustments
- Familiarity with SQL or similar querying tools for data extraction and segmentation is considered an advantage
