The Traffic Controller is responsible for organizing work crews in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring speed, adherence to schedules, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the Production Manager regarding delivery schedules and client communication
- Informing and preparing work crews for upcoming tasks
- Staffing work crews according to operational needs
- Planning routes in an efficient and effective manner
- Ordering materials in a timely manner to meet the needs of upcoming projects
- Updating job cards accurately and promptly to reflect any additional costs
- Resolving any issues that may arise during deliveries or installations in coordination with the relevant departments
- Being responsible for the maintenance of equipment and vehicles
- Notifying the Product Manager upon project completion and being responsible for submitting the job card
Requirements
- High school diploma or degree in Business Administration
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects in relation to timelines and objectives
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence and initiative
- Ability to lead teams of workers
- Previous experience will be considered an asset.
