Our client is a highly successful and well-established organization in the hospitality sector, with many years of experience. On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Reservations Agent.
The successful candidate will manage reservation requests across various channels (email, phone, online portals), focusing on optimizing hotel revenue, enhancing the guest experience before arrival, and maintaining accurate information in the system.

- Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays on rotation (a weekday off granted if working Saturday). Hours: 09:00–17:30 or 10:00–18:30
Responsibilities
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Identify guest needs and determine the appropriate room type.
- Verify availability, explain policies, and accommodate special requests.
- Input and manage reservation data accurately in the system.
- Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide exceptional guest service and support colleagues as needed.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent (degree in hotel management is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in hotel reservations.
- Excellent English (Greek & Russian a plus).
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation systems.
