On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable medical center in Limassol, we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee all IT operations. This is a key role within a modern healthcare environment where technology plays a critical role in daily operations and patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and development of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all IT systems, infrastructure, and networks
• Ensure the smooth operation of HIS, ERP, and other healthcare systems
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor system performance, security, and data protection
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and external partners
• Lead IT projects including upgrades, implementations, and integrations
• Ensure compliance with data protection and healthcare regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff across departments
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and innovation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar IT leadership role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system administration
• Experience with ERP systems and healthcare systems (HIS) will be considered an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Fluency in English and Greek
