We are looking for a talented and passionate Massage Therapist who values high service standards, personalized care, and creating a truly relaxing and restorative experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage and body treatments
- Deliver exceptional customer care and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
- Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments and wellness programs
- Maintain high hygiene, safety, and professional standards at all times
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a seamless guest experience
- Support the premium image and service standards of Sentara Beauty Space
Requirements
- Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field
- Previous experience in massage therapy
- Knowledge of different massage techniques (relaxing, sports, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, anti-stress, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, high work ethic and client-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
