At UMAMI Sushi & Pan Asian, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences to every guest. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support and maintain our restaurants across Cyprus.
Your Role
- Carry out basic maintenance and repair works across restaurant locations
- Repair minor issues such as walls, doors, shelves, furniture and fittings
- Perform basic painting, patching and small repair works when needed
- Replace light bulbs, tighten screws and handle simple maintenance tasks
- Support with basic plumbing or equipment issues when possible
- Ensure restaurant areas remain safe, clean and well maintained
- Report larger technical issues to management when external support is needed
- Assist with store setup tasks and small installation works
- Travel between restaurant locations when required

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in maintenance, repairs, or a similar technical role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach
- Reliable, responsible and detail-oriented
- Valid driving license (required)
- Good communication skills in Greek and/or English
