Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently recruiting for the position of Technician at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Larnaca.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to and attend guest maintenance and repair requests.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.
- Understand, operate, and maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to provide information and assistance.
- Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
- Ensure the security of guest room access and hotel property.
- Read and interpret test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
- Carry out maintenance tasks in guest rooms, including:
- Unclogging drains and toilets
- Repairing hardware and fixtures
- Maintaining electrical equipment, including lighting
- Servicing air-conditioning units, HVAC systems, and air ducts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good command of both Greek and English.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
