Head of Marketing — Remote / Limassol
Position: Head of Marketing
Location: Remote (Limassol, CY)

Salary: €4k - €6k / month

The successful candidate will take ownership of the marketing function and directly impact business growth, channel scaling and expansion into new markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive the marketing strategy and execution.
- Scale acquisition channels such as Facebook, UAC, SEO and influencers.
- Manage and grow the partner network, including affiliates and agencies.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV and FTD.
- Analyze traffic performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and optimize reporting and analytics systems.
- Oversee tracking setup.
- Launch and test new acquisition channels.
- Manage marketing budgets.
- Collaborate with product, analytics and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics.
- Proven experience in scaling traffic across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- English level: C1.
