Floor Supervisor (Afternoon Shift)

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking to recruit a Floor Supervisor for NYX Hotel Limassol.

Duties & Responsibilities

Distribute daily floor workloads fairly among the housekeeping team.
Supervise room attendants and cleaners to ensure maximum efficiency and high cleaning standards.
Inspect all public areas, including restaurants, offices, staff areas, pool areas, and conference rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel's quality standards.
Inspect guest rooms, including arrivals, departures, vacant clean rooms, suites, and VIP rooms.
Assist room attendants whenever required.
Complete room status reports and report any irregularities to the Head of Housekeeping.
Ensure the Lost & Found procedure is followed at all times.
Liaise with the Technical Department regarding maintenance issues and repairs.
Ensure cleaning materials and chemicals are used correctly and in the appropriate quantities.
Check that housekeeping equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Maintenance, and Linen Room departments to ensure guest rooms are prepared on time and to the required standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Good knowledge of Greek or English and basic computer skills.
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar position.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
Flexibility to work afternoon shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Working Schedule

Shift: Afternoon Shift
This position primarily covers afternoon shifts.
Applicants must be available to work afternoon hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the operational needs of the hotel.
