On behalf of our client, an innovative legal and professional services firm based in Paphos, we are seeking to recruit an AI & Automations Expert to help drive the firm's digital transformation.
The organization is building a technology-first approach to legal services, leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to improve operational efficiency and redefine the delivery of professional services.
Role Overview
As the AI & Automations Expert, you will identify, design, implement, and optimize AI-powered tools and automation workflows that improve efficiency across legal, financial, and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation
- Build integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize automated workflows
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and technology teams
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies
- Support continuous innovation across the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar)
- Experience designing business process automations
- Understanding of legal or financial business processes will be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies
What the Company Offers
- Annual gross salary of €25,000 – €40,000
