- Complete general repairs, painting, plumbing, tiling and minor electrical work
- Perform inspections, snagging and urgent maintenance requests
- Coordinate contractors and follow workplace safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous building-maintenance or trades experience
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Valid driving licence and safety-conscious approach
