Main duties:
- Monitor client calls and communications for conduct or regulatory breaches.
- Coordinate remedial actions, training and escalation of findings.
- Review marketing communications, complaints, policies and regulatory reports.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree and at least two years in compliance, AML, KYC, risk or call monitoring.
- Knowledge of CySEC, MiFID and AML requirements.
- Strong English and spreadsheet skills; CySEC certification is an advantage.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 with a one-hour break.
