My name is alla Eddine, and I am currently working as a Sales Supervisor at Concentrix Algeria, with over 10 years of experience in the customer service field. I began my journey as a Customer Service Representative, then worked as a Marketer, followed by a Team Trainer, and eventually advanced to my current role. These diverse experiences have allowed me to develop strong skills in communication, sales, training, and team leadership.

Throughout my career, I obtained a university diploma from an Irish institution in Customer Service, in addition to receiving multiple recognition awards from the company for my outstanding performance and record-breaking sales achievements.
