I’m a hospitality educator with a Master's degree(MHM) from Nepal and 17 years of experience teaching food production and culinary arts in hotel management colleges. Over the years, I've had the privilege to train and mentor future chefs and hospitality leaders, combining classroom theory with kitchen practicality.
