I am a 27-year-old professional from Košice, Slovakia. I am goal-oriented and always focused on learning new things so I can improve myself and stay up to date. I see myself as an understanding, adaptable, and fair person. In my work and communication, I always try to be professional and respectful. I believe that good cooperation comes from both sides being satisfied, so I look for solutions where everyone benefits. I also enjoy sharing my skills and experience with others.

I have experience in several fields, including logistics, customer service, real estate, and technical work, which has helped me become flexible and adaptable. Currently, I work as a Receptionist at a hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, where I communicate with guests, handle daily tasks, and make sure guests have a positive experience.

Before moving to Cyprus, I worked in the Netherlands as an Order Picker at Albert Heijn’s distribution center. I was responsible for preparing orders, working efficiently, and supporting smooth logistics operations. Before that, I worked as a Real Estate Agent, where I searched for properties, created photo and video content, prepared online listings, and assisted clients during property viewings.

I also worked as a Dispatcher and Traffic Controller, where I coordinated transport and managed daily operations. In addition, I gained strong communication skills as a Customer Support Specialist at AT&T, helping customers with their questions and technical issues.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an Ironworker in a steel production environment. This role taught me discipline, responsibility, and how to work in demanding conditions. All these experiences have helped shape me into a reliable, motivated professional who is always willing to learn and improve.
