Human Resources professional with over 12.5 years of progressive experience in HR management, administration, and operations within multinational and compliance-driven environments. I have led HR functions for large, multicultural teams — including 5+ years as HR Specialist for the Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant project under JSC Institute Orgenergostroy, a Russian state-owned engineering company.

Skilled in HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, compensation, compliance, and expatriate administration, I bring hands-on expertise in aligning people, policies, and performance. Holding an MBA, PGDHRM, and currently pursuing ACBA at the University of Dhaka, I combine academic depth with practical leadership.
