I have been a fitness coach for the past 11 years, during which I have had the privilege of helping many people achieve their fitness goals, whether that was losing weight, building strength, managing lower back pain, or simply becoming generally fitter.
Throughout this time, I have also focused on developing my knowledge and skills, completing a variety of courses relevant to the field of fitness.
I have been self-employed while also gaining experience in commercial gym environments and privately owned CrossFit gyms. In these roles, I ran group classes, maintained gym cleanliness, managed opening and closing procedures, and handled payments when required.
